<br />Nebraska, as Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by Boyd & Boyd Investments, a Nebraska
<br />General Partnership and Gappa Distributing, Inc a Nebraska Corporation , Trustor to City National Bank
<br />and Trust Company, Hastings, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of Beneficiary, dated as of October 25,
<br />2000 , and recorded November 6, 2000 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200009641 has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without warranty to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to
<br />the Deed of Trust in the following:

<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; thence S 88° 32' 48" E (assumed bearing) along the
<br />southerly line of said Lot Three (3), a distance of one thousand one hundred thirty -six and ninety
<br />hundredths (1,136.90) feet to the southeast corner of said Lot Three (3); thence S 00° 15' S1" W, a distance
<br />of four hundred thirty (430.0) feet; thence northwesterly parallel to the southerly line of said Lot Three (3),
<br />N 88° 32' 48" W a distance of eight hundred twenty and eight tenths (820.8) feet to a point on the easterly
<br />right of way line of Juergen Road; thence northwesterly along the easterly right of way line of said Juergen

<br />continuing along the easterly right of way line of said Juergen Road, northerly on a curve to the right, with
