<br /> 49. Mi�cellaneous. All covenants contained herein '
<br /> shall run with the Mortgage Premises until the indebtedness
<br /> hereby secured has been satisfied. Time is of the essence in the

<br /> 50. Trustee's Fees. The Trustee shall, to the extent
