<br /> threatened rele�c�e of substances pravided for thereunder.

<br /> Environmental Audit and to can�inue its program of testing,
<br /> reQOVai and remediation of undergxound storage tanks and �r
<br /> associated contaminatian, if any, in accord with the schedule '
<br /> heretofore submitted to Mortgagee and to in any event complete
<br /> the remediation of each of s�ach pri�r to tbe time that the same
<br />' has a material a�3werse impact o� the financial candition of the
<br /> Mortgagos or materially inte�feres with the use and operation of
<br /> the Mortgaged Psemises for its intended purposes. The provisions
