<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Nathan W. Perry, its authorized officer, as trustee under the
<br />Construction Deed of Trust dated 08/04/2016 and recorded on 08/04/2016, as Instrument #201605042;
<br />Notice of Commencement dated 08/04/2016 and recorded 08/04/2016, as Instrument #201605043;
<br />Modification of Deed of Trust dated 03/15/2017 and recorded 03/24/2017, as Instrument #201701805;
<br />executed by N.P. Builders, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as trustors in which Pinnacle Bank
<br />of Central City is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed
<br />and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely by N.P. Builders. LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company,
<br />the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />Lot One (1), Block Two (2), Northview Eighth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Central City,
<br />Merrick County, Nebraska, on Ma v 26. 2017.
