<br />THIS SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT (this "Agreement ") is made this 3rj day ofd}, 2001, by
<br />City of Grand Island, a municipal corporation, for the benefit of Wells Fargo Financial, a Nebraska corporation, \

<br />Lot 8, Block 13, Lambert's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />At the direction of the City of Grand Island, a municipal corporation, and for valuable consideration,
<br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, City of Grand Island hereby subordinates its interest in the above -
<br />described real estate evidenced by a REAL ESTATE LIEN from N. Stanley Nelson and Janet L. Nelson, husband
<br />and wife, to City of Grand Island, a municipal corporation, in the amount of $12,200.00, dated May 4, 1992 and
<br />recorded June 4, 1992 as Document No. 92- 104862 and REAL ESTATE LIEN from N. Stanley Nelson and Janet L.
<br />Nelson, husband and wife, to the City of Grand Island, a municipal corporation, in the amount of $1,850.00 , dated
<br />April 2, 1993 and recorded April 15, 1993 as Document No. 93- 102889 in the Records of the Register of Deeds,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, to that DEED OF TRUST from N. Stanley Nelson and Janet L. Nelson, husband and wife,
<br />trustors to First American Title Insurance Company, Trustee and Wells Fargo Financial, Nebraska, Inc., Beneficiary
<br />in the amount of $ 82 , 200.00 , dated 4 -16 -2001 and recorded 4 -25 -2001 as Document No.
<br />0200103653 in the records of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The undersigned hereto agrees that the interest of City of Grand Island, as described above is hereby made
<br />junior, inferior and subject to the interest of Wells Fargo Financial as described above.
