Name of Decedent: Gloria E. Eddy <br />Date of Death: April 7, 1982 <br />Domicile at Death: Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />Name of Surviving Spouse: Dale R. Eddy <br />Date of Marriage: February 7, 1945 <br />2. The Affiant is the attorney for Dale E. Eddy and, in that capacity, is familiar with the <br />marital status and the death of the Decedent's former spouse. <br />$. That there is no federal estate tax, Nebraska inheritance tax or Nebraska estate tax due. <br />4. Title to the following described real estate is held by the Decedent and the surviving <br />spouse in joint tenancy, to -wit: <br />Lots Five (5) and Six (6), in Block Six (6), of George Loan's Subdivision, a part of <br />the West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W1/2NW1/4) of Section Ten (10): in <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska, and that vacated part of Poplar Street lying adjacent to and West of Lot <br />Five (5), Block Six (6), George Loan's Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, as filed <br />on April 4, 1973, in Book 24 of Misc. Records, at Page 499, with the Hall County <br />Register of Deeds. <br />Lots Two (2) and Four (4) in Block Sixteen (16), in University Place, an Addition to <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and that vacated portion of platted <br />Prospect Street, being seventy (70) feet in width adjacent to Block Sixteen (16), as <br />more particularly described in Ordinance No. 4980, filed of record in Book 21, Page <br />444, or Miscellaneous Records of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />5. As of the date of death, the real estate had a fair market value of $204,543. <br />6. The Decedent and the surviving spouse were married as of the date of death.
