<br />duly commissioned and qualified for said county, personally came Lee Fritson, Market
<br />President of Great Western Bank, a bank chartered under the laws of the State of South
<br />Dakota, successor in interest to the loans of TierOne Bank, a federally chartered
<br />savings bank [successor to United Nebraska Bank (by merger)], by acquisition of assets
<br />from the FDIC as Receiver of TierOne Bank, which was closed by the Office of Thrift
<br />Supervision on June 4, 2010, Beneficiary and as Successor Trustee, to me known to be
<br />the identical person whose name is subscribed to the foregoing instrument, and to have
<br />acknowledged the execution thereof to be the voluntary act and deed of such officer on
<br />behalf of the Bank.

<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, together with, that portion of vacated 6th
<br />Street (Ordinance No. 8459, dated March 22, 1999) lying between the east line of Plum Street and the
<br />westerly right of way line of the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad, and all that portion of the
<br />vacated Sixteen (16.0) foot wide alley (Ordinance No. 8459, dated March 22, 1999) lying between said
<br />east line of Plum Street and said westerly right of way line of Burlington Northern Railroad, excepting

<br />point also being on said east line of Plum Street; thence Tuning southerly, parallel with and Thirty Five
<br />(35.0) feet east of the west line of said Lot Two (2), Block Twenty Three (23), and also being along and
<br />upon said east line of Plum Street, a distance of Forty and Nine Tenths (40.90) feet to a point of
<br />curvature; thence running southeasterly, along and upon the arc of a curve to the left whose radius is
