The Conventional and USDA Rural Development Tax - Exempt Financing Rider is missing the co- borrower's printed name under the signature line. I make this Affidavit for the purpose of correcting the above document as follows (if more space is needed please attach addendum): The borrower's printed name under the signature line on the Conventional and USDA Rural Development Tax- Exempt Financing Rider is hereby amended to be Gustavo A Palencia - Aguilar. The Conventional and USDA Rural Development Tax - Exempt Financing Rider is hereby amended to include to co- borrower's name under the signature line as Cherly V Medrano De Palencia.
