Sorgenfrei, being fully sworn upon oath, deposes and says; <br />1. Affiant is a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Nebraska, and is <br />now a partner in the firm of Rockwell And Associates, L.L.C. Engineering <br />& Surveying, Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />2. Affiant further states that on June 9, 2017, he completed a survey <br />of Warren Seventh Subdivision, and that the original plat of said <br />subdivision is now recorded at the Register of Deeds Office in Hall County <br />Courthouse Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />3. Affiant further states that he has this date re- examined the plat of <br />Warren Seventh Subdivision and has discovered an error in the distances <br />shown on the East and West lines of Lot 3 Warren Seventh Subdivision <br />as shown on the plat drawing. <br />4. Affiant further states that the distance for the West line of Lot 3, Warren <br />Seventh Subdivision should be Sixty Nine and Ninety Eight Hundredths <br />(69.98) feet in lieu of Seventy Nine and Ninety Eight Hundredths (79.98) <br />and that the distance for the east line of Lot 3, Warren Seventh Sub- <br />division should be Three Hundred Four and Ninety Six Hundredths (304.96) <br />feet in lieu of Three Hundred Fourteen and Ninety Six Hundredths (314.96) <br />feet as shown on the plat drawing <br />4.
