<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated November 15, 2000 executed by Jeffrey L Greer, A Single
<br />Person, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and as
<br />Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Instrument No. 200010107 in the Register of Deeds Office of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on the 20th day of November, 2000.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />The East Half of the South Half (E1/2S1/2) of the East Two Hundred Seventy (270) feet of Lot Eleven (11) in
<br />Vantine's Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, located on part of the Northwest
<br />Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section Twenty Two (22), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated November 15, 2000, as Instrument
<br />No. 0200010107 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to
<br />all real estate not herein reconveyed.
