To AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated FEBRUARY 9, 1998 and recorded FEBRUARY 12, 1998 in the Office of the REGISTER
<br />OF DEEDS of HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as INSTRUMENT 98- 101168 been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
