March 10, 2018, <br />Return to: CINDY MCNEIL, Great Western Bank, PO BOX 816, KEARNEY, NE 68848 -0816 (308) 224 -2887 <br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the DEED OF TRUST, executed by The Meadows <br />Apartment Homes LLC, as Trustor, to GREAT WESTERN BANK, AS TRUSTEE, for the benefit of <br />GREAT WESTERN BANK., the beneficiary named therein, dated July 10, 2012 and recorded on July 13, <br />2012 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as INST. 201205742 has been paid, <br />and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Partial Deed of Reconveyance be executed and <br />delivered as confirmed by the endorsement below. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release, <br />quitclaim and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and <br />interest derived to said Trust by or through said Deed of Trust in the property legally described as follows: <br />See Exhibit "A ", which is attached to this Partial Deed of Reconveyance <br />and made a part thereof as if fully set forth herein. <br />This Partial Deed of Reconveyance is given on the express understanding and condition that it <br />shall in no way affect the other property described in the said Deed of Trust, which property shall remain <br />subject to the said Deed of Trust. <br />IN WITNESS I HEREOF, the, undersigned Trustee has executed this Partial Deed of <br />Reconveyance on the day of , 2017. <br />The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me on Q day of ZTZ' 4 ( , 2017 <br />by Lee Fritson, Market President of Great Western Bank, a outh Dakota Corporation, on behalf of the <br />corporation as such Trustee. <br />My commission expires: 340..1 g <br />Not -ry Public <br />
