<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall UN
<br />County Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated September 8, 1998, executed by Arnold C. Wenn and
<br />Linda C. Wenn, Husband and Wife , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is Cr
<br />named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #98- 108899 in the
<br />Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 11th day of September, 1998.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />LOT FIVE (5) IN BLOCK ONE (1), UNIVERSITY PLACE,
<br />AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated September 8, 1998, recorded as
<br />Document #98- 108899 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 1st day of June, 2000.
