MEIER and NICOLE M. MEIER, husband and wife, conveys to <br />GRANTEES the following described real estate (as defined in NEB. REV. STAT. § 76 -201) <br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Outlot B, Lake Heritage Fourth Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska (THE Subject Property "). as shown in Document No, 201703661 <br />The Buyer shall not construct, place, or maintain any dwelling, building, structure, <br />or any other improvement on the Subject Property until June 1, 2027.
