The trust property affected is legally described as follows: Lot Fifty -Eight (58), of LaRue Third Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. The undersigned further directs Kathryn L. Mesner to reconvey to the party or parties entitled thereto all the estate right, title and other interest held by said Trustee under said Deed of Trust. Said Trustee is further directed to cancel said promissory note or notes which are delivered to said Trustee herewith for that purpose. The undersigned states that a copy of this Substitution of Trustee cannot be mailed to Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, the Trustee being replaced, as the address is unknown.
