<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST /ASSIGNMENT OF RENTS

<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />S County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated March 1, 2017, and Assignment of Rents dated March 1,
<br />W 2017, executed by Jon M. Myers and Chandra L. Myers; Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points
<br />Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded
<br />as Instrument No. 201701361 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 1st day of
<br />March, 2017, and Assignment of Rents was recorded as Instrument No. 201701362 in the Register of Deeds
<br />Office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 1st day of March, 2017,
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />Condominium Unit No. 803 The Yancey, A Condominium, The City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, a Condominium in accordance with the Declaration recorded October 17, 1984, under Document
<br />No. 84- 005507 of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska records as amende3d.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust recorded March 1, 2017, as Instrument
<br />No. 201701361 and Assignment of Rents recorded March 1, 2017, as Instrument No. 201701362 in the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein
<br />reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 1st of Jun;, 2017.
