SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br />Record and return to: 00 <br />° Grand Island Abstract, Escrow & Title Co. <br />704 West 3 St., Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT, Richard Lee Barlow, a single person and <br />Roberta Rose Barlow, a single person, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar <br />and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, <br />sell, convey and confirm unto Tamara J. Allen and John L.
