Schulte, Trustee and Grantor, in performance of said trust and by virtue of the power <br />aid authority given in and by such instrument, and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good <br />and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, quitclaims and reconveys to Tim C. <br />Plate, a single person, Grantee, the following described real estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised <br />Statute 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE1 /4NW1 /4) of Section Twenty - <br />two (22), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska, described as follows: Beginning at a point 445 1/2 feet West of the Northeast <br />corner of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1 /4) of Section 22, Township 11 North, Range 9 West <br />of the 6 P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, running thence West, along the North line of the <br />aforesaid NI/V1/4 of said Section 22, a distance of 100 feet, thence south on a line parallel <br />with the center line of Section 22, a distance of 435 '/ feet, running thence east on a line <br />parallel with the North line of said Section 22, a distance of 435 'h feet to the place of <br />beginning, together with a tract 435.5 feet long and 0.7 feet wide at the south line and lying <br />at the north end of the east side of Claussen Country View Addition, more particularly <br />described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot One (1), Block Six (6), in <br />said Claussen Country View Addition; thence running north on the east line of Vine Street <br />and on the east line of Lot One (1), Block One (1), Claussen Country View Addition, to <br />the north line of said Claussen Country View Addition; thence running southerly on a line <br />to a point 0.7 feet east from the northwest comer and on the North line of Lot One (1), <br />Block Six (6), in said Claussen Country View Addition, for a distance of 0.7 feet to the <br />point of beginning excepting a tract of land more particularly described in Warranty Deed <br />recorded as Document No. 77- 005104. <br />This Reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust recorded as <br />Document 201305835 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />DATED this day of May, 2017. <br />r <br />The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me on the day of May, 2017, by <br />Dianne L.
