flO <br />RESOLUTION 2017 -123 <br />WHEREAS, a public drainage /utility easement is required by the City of Grand <br />Island, from Hastings Ventures, LLC, at 2535 & 2541 Idaho Avenue, City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska and more particularly described as follows: <br />A PROPOSED DRAINAGE /UTILITY EASEMENT BEING THE SOUTH 7.5 FEET OF LOT 5, <br />WOODLAND PARK SIXTEENTH SUBDIVISION EXCLUDING THE WEST 5 FEET AND THE <br />EAST 20 FEET OF SAID LOT 5. <br />and <br />A PROPROSED DRAINAGE /UTILITY EASEMENT BEING THE NORTH 7.5 FEET OF LOT 6, <br />WOODLAND PARK SIXTEENTH SUBDIVISION,; EXCLUDING THE WEST 5 FEET AND THE <br />EAST 20 FEET OF SAID LOT 6 <br />WHEREAS, an Agreement for the public drainage /utility easement has been reviewed <br />and approved by the City Legal Department. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is, <br />authorized to enter into the Agreement for the public drainage /utility easement on the above <br />described tract of land. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute such agreement on behalf of the City of Grand Island. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, April 25, 2017. <br />Attest: <br />RaNae Edwards, City Clerk <br />
