Vega <br />(Affiant) and being sworn to tell the truth, states as follows: <br />1. Affiant is one of the Grantees named in the Warranty Deed from A. Dale Sweet and <br />Olga A. Sweet, husband and wife to Martin Gonzalez and Patricia Gonzalez recorded February <br />17, 1998, as Instrument No. 98- 101350 covering the following described real estate: <br />All of the Easterly one -third (1/3) and the Easterly Six (6) inches, more <br />or less, of the Center one -third (1/3) of the Southerly Eighty (80) feet of <br />Lot Five (5) and that part of the Northerly Fifty -two (52) feet of such <br />Lot Five (5) described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner <br />of such Lot Five (5), thence Westerly Thirteen (13) feet along the <br />Northerly line of such Lot Five (5), thence Southerly Forty (40) feet <br />along a line perpendicular to such Northerly Lot line and parallel to the <br />Easterly line of such Lot, thence Westerly Nine (9) feet along a line <br />parallel to the Northerly line of such Lot, thence Southerly Twelve (12) <br />feel along a line perpendicular to such Northerly Lot line and parallel to <br />such Easterly Lot line, thence Easterly Twenty -two (22) feet along a <br />line parallel to such Northerly Lot line to the Easterly line of such Lot <br />Five (5), thence Northerly along such Easterly Lot line to the Place of <br />Beginning, all in Block Thirty-four (34), in the Original Town (now <br />City) of Grand Island, in Hall County and the State of Nebraska, <br />together with all of the interest of the Grantors in the party-wall along <br />the line between such Lot Five (5) and Lot Six (6) in such Block, and to <br />include all of the building wall situated upon the Westerly Six (6) <br />inches, more or less, of the Easterly Twenty -two (22) feet, and the <br />Easterly Six. (6) inches, more or less, of the center Twenty -two (22) feet <br />of such Lot Five (5), including the interest of Albert McDowell in the <br />party-wall located on the Easterly line of the above described lot. <br />2. Affiant and Martin Gonzalez were not husband and wife at the time of execution of <br />the Warranty Deed described in paragraph 1, above, and have never been married to each <br />other. <br />3. Affiant is not currently married. <br />4. That Patricia Gonzalez, Patricia Vega Camacho, and Patricia C. Vega are one and <br />the same person, as such names appear in the chain of title to the above real estate. <br />5. This affidavit is based upon personal knowledge of affiant. <br />
