Builders, L.L.C., is the record titleholder of the <br />following described real estate within the Subject Property (collectively the "N.P. Builders <br />Property "): <br />Lots Two (2), and Three (3), Block Three (3), Northview First Subdivision to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and <br />Lots Twelve (12), Thirteen (13), and Fourteen (14) Block One (1), Northview Second <br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and <br />Lots Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7) and Eight (8), Block One (1), and <br />Lots Three (3), Four (4), Block Three (3) Northview Eighth Subdivision, in the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed as follows: <br />1. Incorporation of Recitals. The recitals appearing hereinabove are specifically <br />incorporated herein and made a binding part of this Consent and Agreement to be Bound by this <br />reference. <br />2. Consent and Agreement to be Bound by Restrictive Covenants. The undersigned, <br />N.P. Builders, L.L.C., does hereby consent to and agree that the N.P. Builders Property shall be <br />be bound by the Restrictive Covenants in the same manner and to the same extent as if the <br />undersigned was an original signatory to the Restrictive Covenants. <br />3. Binding Effect. This Consent and Agreement to be Bound shall run with the land <br />and shall be binding upon all persons and all parties claiming subsequent ownership of any of the <br />lots within the N.P.
