<br />Robert M. Norris, Successor Trustee of the Margaret S.
<br />Matheson Revocable Trust created September 15, 1994, GRANTOR,
<br />in consideration of NO CONSIDERATION, DISTRIBUTION OF TRUST,
<br />John Schultz and Evelyn Schultz, as joint tenants and not as
<br />tenants in common, conveys to GRANTEE the following described

<br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at
<br />the northwest corner of said NE1 /4 NE1 /4, thence running south
<br />along the west line of said NE1 /4 NE1 /4 a distance of 55.0
<br />feet, thence running east parallel to and 55.0 feet south of
<br />the north line of said NE1 /4 NE1 /4 a distance of approximately
<br />1,303.7 feet to a point on the east line of said NE1 /4 NE1 /4,
<br />thence running north along the east line of said NE1 /4 NE1 /4 a
<br />distance of 55.0 feet to the northeast corner of said NE1 /4
<br />NE1 /4, thence running west along the north line of said NE1 /4
<br />NE1 /4 a distance of approximately 1,303.7 feet to the point of
<br />beginning.
