<br />Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, conveys to RICHARD A. KRCILEK, a single person, Grantee, the
<br />following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Sec. 76 -201) in

<br />Grantors covenant with the Grantee that Grantors:

<br />(2) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
