<br />DEED OF TRUST DEED TRUSTEE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Paul J. LaPuzza, Successor Trustee, hereinafter referred to as
<br />Grantor, as Trustee under the Trust Deed hereinafter described,
<br />hereby grants and conveys to U. S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, ND,
<br />herein referred to as Grantee, without any covenant or warranty
<br />expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate,
<br />to -wit:
<br />LOT SEVENTY NINE (79), BUENAVISTA SUBDIVISION, CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, ACCORDING TO THE
<br />RECORDED PLAT THEREOF
<br />this conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by that Trust Deed dated the 30" day of June, 1998, and recorded
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on
<br />the 30th day of June, 1998 as Instrument No. 98- 106372 of the
<br />mortgage records of said county, between Jose J. Rivera, a single
<br />person, and Miguel Morales Ochoa and Diane Marie Morales, husband
<br />and wife, as Trustors, U.S. Bank National Association Fargo, ND,
<br />Trustee and U.S. Bank National Association ND, as Beneficiary,
<br />wherein the Trustors granted and conveyed to such Trustee, on the
<br />Trusts therein expressed, the property hereinabove described to
<br />secure, among other obligations, the payment of a certain note and
<br />interest described in said Trust Deed according to the terms
<br />thereof and after the fulfillment of the conditions specified in
<br />the Trust Deed authorizing this conveyance by reason of a breach
<br />and default by the Trustors made under the terms of said Trust Deed
<br />in the particulars set forth in the Notice of Default filed by the
<br />Trustee, which default continued until the time of sale at which
