<br />Block Eight (8), Lots One (1) through Eight (8), Sterling Estates Subdivision in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Block One (1), Lots One (1) through Four (4), Sterling Estates Third Subdivision
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Block Two (2), Lots One (1) through Four (4), Sterling Estates Third Subdivision
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Block Two (2), Lots One (1) through Eight (8), Sterling Estates Fourth
<br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Block Three (3), Lots One (1) through Fourteen (14), Sterling Estates Fourth
<br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />In furtherance of this purpose, Declarants hereby declare that the lots of the
<br />property described above, shall be held, sold and conveyed subject to the following
<br />reservations, easements, limitations, restrictions, servitudes, covenants, conditions,
<br />charges and liens, (hereinafter collectively termed "covenants and conditions "), which are
<br />for the purpose of protecting the value and desirability of the lots herein described
<br />comprising STERLING ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, and which shall
<br />run with the real property and be binding upon all parties having any right, title or interest
<br />in one of the described lots, or any part, their heirs, successors and assigns, and which
<br />shall inure to the benefit of each owner thereof.
<br />3. Article II of the Restrictive Covenants shall hereinafter appear and read as
<br />follows:
<br />The lands of the Declarants which are hereby submitted to this DECLARATION
<br />OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS FOR
<br />STERLING ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION are a fee simple interest in the
<br />following:
<br />Block Three (3), Lots One (1) through Eight (8), Sterling Estates Subdivision in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Block Seven (7), Lots One (1) through Eight (8), Sterling Estates Subdivision in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
