ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, as <br />Beneficiary, by MICHAEL D RUZICKA, as Grantor, with FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE CO., as <br />Trustee, was recorded 3/1/2010, as Document # 0201001295, Hall Register of Deeds County Office of the Register of <br />Deeds, State of Nebraska; <br />AND WHEREAS the present Beneficiary, now desires that another Trustee be appointed in the place and stead <br />of the original Trustee to execute the trust in said Deed of Trust, and for that purpose appoints AREND R.
