<br />Substitution of Trustee and Deed of Reconveyance
<br />WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust executed in favor of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION
<br />SYSTEMS, INC., (MERS) AS NOMINEE FOR BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, as
<br />Beneficiary, by MICHAEL D RUZICKA, as Grantor, with FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE CO., as
<br />Trustee, was recorded 3/1/2010, as Document # 0201001295, Hall Register of Deeds County Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds, State of Nebraska;
<br />AND WHEREAS the present Beneficiary, now desires that another Trustee be appointed in the place and stead
<br />of the original Trustee to execute the trust in said Deed of Trust, and for that purpose appoints AREND R. BAACK,
<br />Attorney at Law, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, as Successor Trustee;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, the said AREND R. BAACK, Attorney at Law, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, is hereby appointed and hereby accepts said appointment as Successor Trustee under said Deed of Trust,
<br />and as Successor Trustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, unto the parties entitled thereto, all right, title and
<br />interest which was heretofore acquired by said Trustee under said Deed of Trust. Said reconveyance is prepared
<br />pursuant to the following written REQUEST FOR FULL RECONVEYANCE from the Beneficiary—to AREND R.
<br />BAACK, ATTORNEY AT LAW, a MEMBER OF THE NEBRASKA STATE BAR ASSOCIATION:
<br />"The undersigned is the Beneficiary and holder of the note and ail other indebtedness secured by the Deed of
<br />Trust described hereinbefore. Said note, together with all other indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust has been
<br />fully paid and satisfied; and you are hereby requested and directed, on payment to you of any sums owing to you under
<br />the terms of said Deed of Trust, to cancel said note above mentioned, and all other evidences of indebtedness secured by
<br />said Deed of Trust delivered to you herewith, together with said Deed of Trust, and to reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />parties designated by the terms of said Deed of Trust, all the estate now held by you thereunder." The legal description
<br />of the subject real property (trust property) contained in the Deed of Trust described hereinbefore is as follows, or a copy
<br />of the Deed of Trust page containing the legal description is attached hereto: THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED
