MANOLIDIS, <br /> husband and wife("Manolidis"). <br /> RECITALS: <br /> WHEREAS, Boersen is the owner of: (i) the property legally described as Lot One (1), <br /> Bellamy's Third Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska ("Boersen's Property"); and (ii) the <br /> property legally described as Outlot A, Bellamy's First Subdivision; Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> which is identified as West Bella Vista on Bellamy's First Subdivision Plat recorded at the Hall <br /> County Register of Deeds as Instrument#0200504442 on May 17, 2005, and referred to as West <br /> Bella Vista on Bellamy's Third Subdivision Plat recorded at the Hall County Register of Deeds <br /> as Instrument#201205581 on July 6, 2012, ("West Bella Vista"); and <br /> WHEREAS, Manolidis is the owner of the property legally described as Lot Three (3), <br /> Bellamy's First Subdivision,Hall County,Nebraska("Manolidis Property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, Manolidis desires to obtain and Boersen is willing to grant to Manolidis and <br /> Manolidis' heirs, successors and assigns, a permanent and perpetual easement and right-of-way <br /> to access the power pole presently located on Boersen's Property for the purpose of providing <br /> electrical power to the Manolidis Property subject to the terms and conditions herein. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed by and between the parties as follows: <br /> 1.
