<br />WHEREAS, William E. Langdon is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated
<br />February 12, 1999, executed by David Arellano Sr. and Ofilia Arellano f /k /a/ �S
<br />Ofilia Avila, as Trustor(s), for the benefit of First Union Home Equity Bank, C3
<br />N. A., now known as First Union National Bank of Delaware, which Deed of Trust
<br />was filed February 25, 1999 as Inst. No. 99- 102035, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS, The Beneficiary has requested a reconveyance of the trust
<br />property to the person or persons entitled thereto;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned as trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises:
