<br />ASSOCIATION, formerly known as LASALLE NATIONAL BANK, as trustee for the
<br />registered holders of Commercial Mortgage Asset Trust Series 1999 -C1 ( "Assignee "), having an
<br />address of 135 South LaSalle Street, Chicago, Illinois 60603, all of Assignor's right, title and
<br />interest in, to and under those recorded documents identified on Exhibit B attached hereto and
<br />made a part hereof, relating to the real property described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made
<br />a part hereof, together with the Note secured thereby.
