<br />CANCELLATION OF NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />The undersigned hereby cancels the Notice of Default filed for record May 22, 2000 as
<br />Document No. 0200004190 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />which Notice of Default refers to the trust deed executed by James K. Keeshan, a Single Person,
<br />as Trustor, in which Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island is named
<br />Beneficiary and Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law as Trustee and filed for record May 15, 1998
<br />as Document No. 98- 104636, and re- recorded on June 2, 1998, as document No. 98- 105253 in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska upon the following described
<br />property to -wit:
<br />A tract of land comprising the Easterly Three Hundred Sixty One and Five
<br />Tenths (361.5) feet of the Southerly Three Hundred Sixth One and Five Tenths
<br />(361.5) feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4SW1 /4) of
<br />Section Thirty Six (36), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of
<br />the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska.
