Anderson and Mary K. Anderson, a married couple, as joint tenants and not as <br />tenants in common, as to an undivided one half (' /z) Interest, and HHC Holdings, LLC, as to an <br />undivided one hall ( interest, conveys to GRANTEE the following described real estate (as defined in <br />Neb.
