<br />THIS INDENTURE, Made this �` day of ribato , 2017,
<br />between Wetlands America Trust, Inc., a District of Columbia Non-Prbfit Corporation, of
<br />One Waterfowl Way, Memphis, Tennessee 38120, Grantor, and the UNITED STATES OF
<br />AMERICA and its assigns, do U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Denver Federal Center, Box
<br />25486, Denver, Colorado 80225, Grantee, under the authority of the Fish and Wildlife Act of
<br />1956, and the National Wildlife Refuge System Administration Act of 1966, 16 U.S.C.
<br />668dd(b)(3) and
<br />WITNESSETH, That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TWENTY
<br />EIGHT THOUSAND and NO /100 DOLLARS ($28,000) to it in hand paid by the Grantee,
<br />and EIGHTY THOUSAND and NO /100 DOLLARS ($80,000) to be paid by Ducks Unlimited,
<br />Inc., and the exchange of certain lands between the parties hereto, dated September 15, 2015, and
<br />accepted by the Realty Officer, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, acting as a duly authorized
<br />representative of the Secretary of the Interior on behalf of the United States of America, on
<br />September 22, 2015 as authorized under Section 4 (b)(3) of the Act of October 15, 1966, (80 Stat.
<br />926; 16 U.S.C. 668dd(b)(3)), the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does by these
<br />presents Grant, Bargain, Sell, and Convey unto the Grantee and its assigns, Forever, all that
<br />tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, described as
