rn � <br />F <br />_ N �� r <br />0 <br />11 I <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />GAS UTILITY EASEMENT <br />THE COUNTY OF HALL, NEBRASKA, a political subdivision of the State of Nebraska, herein <br />called the Grantor, in consideration of the sum of one - hundred dollars ($100.00) and other good and <br />valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, convey and <br />relinquish unto BLACK HILLS GAS DISTRIBUTION LLC, herein called the Grantee, whose address is <br />610 CENTRAL AVENUE, KEARNEY, NEBRASKA 68847, its successors and assigns, a gas utility <br />easement for the installation, maintenance and operation of a natural gas pipeline, and appurtenances <br />thereto, over, under, upon and through the following described lands situated in the County of Hall, State <br />of Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: <br />The North Eight (8) feet of a tract of and being Part of Lot Seven (7) of County <br />Subdivision of Section Five (5), Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of <br />the 6th P.M., more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point 28.1 feet <br />west of the Northeast corner of said Lot Seven (7); Thence running southerly along <br />and upon a line 28.1 feet west of and parallel to the east line of said Lot Seven (7), a <br />distance of 181.0 feet to the actual point of beginning; Thence continuing on <br />southerly, along and upon a line 28.1 feet to the actual point of beginning; Thence <br />continuing on southerly, along and upon a line 28.1 feet west of and parallel to the <br />east line of said Lot Seven (7) a distance of 124 feet to the northerly line of said <br />Bartelt Avenue; Thence westerly along and upon the northerly line of said Bartelt <br />Ave. to the southeast corner of Lot 16 of Bartelt Subdivision a distance of 200 feet; <br />Thence northerly along and upon the easterly line of said Lot 16 a distance of 124 <br />feet to the northeast corner of said Lot 16; Thence easterly parallel to the northerly <br />line of Bartelt Ave. a distance of 200 feet to the actual point of beginning. <br />(The purpose of the above - described easement is for a buried natural gas pipeline <br />along with all appurtenances thereto.) <br />cn <br />
