Sec. <br />76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot One (1), Sanitarian Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />Reserving to the Grantors, their heirs and assigns, an easement for the purpose <br />of ingress and egress across the East Forty Nine Feet (E 49') of said Lot One (1). <br />Said easement is given upon the express understanding and condition that Grantee <br />will be in no way bound to keep the same in repair or assume any liability or <br />responsibility for any use of said tract. <br />Grantors covenant with the Grantee that Grantors: <br />I. Are lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances <br />except easements, covenants, and restrictions of record; <br />2. Have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and <br />3.
