ACCEPTANCE TO ACT AS SUCCESSOR COTRUSTEES <br />UNDER THE MERLEEN J. JOHNSON REVOCABLE TRUST <br />DATED DECEMBER 28, 1995 <br />The undersigned, having received a copy of the MERLEEN J. JOHNSON REVOCABLE <br />TRUST DATED DECEMBER 28, 1995 (hereinafter referred to as "said agreement "), and having <br />reviewed its provisions, do hereby accept trusteeship and agree to act as the successor cotrustees of <br />all trusts created under the terms and conditions of the said agreement.
