N CD cJl —4 Bradley A. Johnson and Robert Kim Johnson, being first duly sworn, depose and say: 1. That the Affiants are the successor cotrustees of the Robert J. Johnson Revocable Trust dated December 28, 1995, under which the Robert J. Johnson Trust "A" was established (hereinafter referred to as the "said Trust "). 2. That on or about April 14, 2017, the Affiants became the successor cotrustees of the said Trust following the death ofMerleen J. Johnson, on February 20, 2017, the trustee of said Trust, a certified copy of her death certificate is attached as Exhibit "A ", and upon signing an Acceptance to Act as Successor Cotrustees under the Robert J. Johnson Revocable Trust dated December 28, 1995, an original of which is attached as Exhibit "B". 5. That pursuant to the terms of the said Trust and §30-3881(2) ofthe Nebraska Uniform Trust Act, the cotrustees of the said Trust have the power, without court authorization, to acquire or sell property, for cash or on credit, at public or private sale.
