That among the assets of the said Trust is the following described real property: <br />An undivided one -half (%) interest in and to Lot Ten (10) in Block Twenty - <br />Eight (28) in Packer & Barr's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska; <br />An undivided one -half (l) interest in and to Lot Six (6), in Block Nineteen (19), <br />of Packer & Barr's Second (2nd) Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska; <br />An undivided one -half (%) interest in and to the Westerly Forty -four (44) Feet <br />of Lot Four (4) in Block Fifty -one (51) of Packer & Barr's Second Addition to <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />An undivided one -half (%2) interest in and to the East Thirty -Three Feet (E33') <br />of Lot Six (6), and the West Twenty -Six Feet (W26') of Lot Seven (7), in Block <br />Fourteen (14), Kernohan and Decker Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, EXCEPT a tract of land conveyed to the State of Nebraska <br />Department of Roads by Trustee's Deed and recorded in the Office of the Hall <br />County Register of Deeds as Instrument No. 0200604872; and <br />An undivided one -half (%) interest in and to Lot eight (8) and the East Forty <br />(40) feet of Lot Seven (7), in Block Fourteen (14) in Kernohan and Decker's <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT a tract <br />of land conveyed to the State of Nebraska Department of Roads by Trustee's <br />Deed and recorded in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds as <br />Instrument No. 0200604872. <br />N <br />CD <br />cJl <br />—4 <br />Bradley A. Johnson and Robert Kim Johnson, being first duly sworn, depose and say: <br />1. That the Affiants are the successor cotrustees of the Robert J. Johnson Revocable <br />Trust dated December 28, 1995, under which the Robert J. Johnson Trust "A" was established <br />(hereinafter referred to as the "said Trust "). <br />2. That on or about April 14, 2017, the Affiants became the successor cotrustees of the <br />said Trust following the death ofMerleen J. Johnson, on February 20, 2017, the trustee of said Trust, <br />a certified copy of her death certificate is attached as Exhibit "A ", and upon signing an Acceptance <br />to Act as Successor Cotrustees under the Robert J. Johnson Revocable Trust dated December 28, <br />1995, an original of which is attached as Exhibit "B". <br />5. That pursuant to the terms of the said Trust and §30-3881(2) ofthe Nebraska Uniform <br />Trust Act, the cotrustees of the said Trust have the power, without court authorization, to acquire <br />or sell property, for cash or on credit, at public or private sale. <br />
