IN CONSIDERATION of the payment of the debt named therein, the
<br />FIVE POINTS BANK, Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska Corporation,
<br />hereby partially releases the mortgage dated December 2, 1991 and April
<br />22, 1994, made to FIVE POINTS BANK, a Nebraska Corporation by Willard W.
<br />Cantin and Lucille F. Cantin, husband and wife, as Trustor, on the
<br />following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot One (1) , Lot Two (2) , and the Easterly Nine and Six Hundredths Feet
<br />(E9.06') of the Southerly Fifty Five and Eight Tenths Feet (555.81) of
<br />Lot Three (3) and the Easterly Twelve and Six Hundredths Feet (E12.06')
<br />of the Northerly Seventy Six and Two Tenths Feet (N76.21) of Lot Three
<br />(3) , all in Block Twenty Three (23) in Baker's Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />which was recorded on February 4, 1993 as Document No. 93- 101018 and May
<br />12, 1994 as Document No 94- 103941, of the Records of the County of Hall,
<br />and State of Nebraska.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Real Estate Mortgages dated
<br />December 2, 1991 as Document #93- 101018, and April 22, 1994 as Document
<br />#94- 103941 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall
<br />remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein
<br />released.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the said FIVE POINTS BANK, a Nebraska
