<br /> Lender's privr written can�ent. As a conditivn�o the remo�a�❑�any �mpro�ements, Lender may require Trustar�o

<br /> Lender's Righ�#o Enter. Lender and Lender's agents and r�presen�tatiWes may en�er upon the ReaE Property at al�

<br /> Complian�e with Government�l Requirements. Trustar shall promptiy comply with all laws, ❑rdEnanc�s, and

<br /> Property. Trus�o�may contest in good faith any su�h law. ordinance, ❑r regula�ion and withha�d complianGe during
<br /> any praceeding, inciuding apprapria�e appeals, so I�ng as Trus�or has notified Lender in wri�ing pria� to dving so
<br /> and so lang as, in Lender's sole apinion, Lender's interes�s in the Prvperty are not�eapardi�ed. Lender may require
