<br />ST. PAUL'S LUTHERAN CHURCH, a nonprofit Corporation organized and
<br />existing under the laws of Nebraska, GRANTOR,
<br />in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION
<br />received from GRANTEE, JEFFREY TYSON ROMSA, TRUSTEE OF THE ROMSA
<br />REVOCABLE FAMILY TRUST, conveys to GRANTEE, the following described real
<br />estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201):
<br />Condominium Unit No. 1002, The Yancey, a Condominium, a condominium
<br />in accordance with the Declaration recorded on October 17, 1984, under
<br />Document No. 84- 005507 of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, records.
<br />GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEE that
<br />GRANTOR:
<br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except
<br />easements, covenants, reservations and restrictions of record;
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all persons.
