<br />Nebraska, which Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust, executed May 5, 2008, by JEREMY
<br />MICHAEL THOMSON, a single person, Trustor, in which TIERONE BANK was named as
<br />Beneficiary and U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION as Trustee,
<br />which was filed for record on May 5, 2008, as Instrument No. 0200803826 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned by the original
<br />Beneficiary, TIERONE BANK to U.S. BANK, N.A., by virtue of an Assignment dated May 13,
<br />2008, and filed for record on July 15, 2008, as Instrument No. 0200806103 of the Mortgage Records
<br />for Hall County, Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES was appointed Successor Trustee by virtue of
<br />a Substitution of Trustee filed for record on April 7, 2017 as Instrument No. 201702173 in the
<br />Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally
<br />described as follows:
