<br /> ac�n�wledged by Lender in ►nrriting. �a} any breach or �ialati�n o� any En�ir�nmental Laws, �b� any use.
<br /> genera�ivn, manu�actur�. storags. treatment, disposa�, reiease or threa�ened release of any Ha�ardous Substan�e
<br /> on, under, about or �r�m the Property by any prior �wners or occupants v� the Property, ❑r �c} any actual or
<br /> �hreatened litigation or claims �� any kind by any person telating t� such ma�ters; and �3} Except as pre�iously

<br /> inspe�tions and �ests, at Trus�ar's expense. as Lender may deem appropria�e t� determine c�mplia�G� of �he
<br /> Property wi�h this sec�ian o� the ❑eed v�Trust. Any inspectians vr tests made by Lender shal� be �for Lender's
<br /> purpvses only and shall n��be cons�rued�o crea�e any responsibiiity❑r liabiii�ty on the par�o# Lender to Trus�or or
<br /> �o any o�her person. The representations and warranties cvntained h�r�in are based on Trustor's due diligence in

<br /> Lender's priar written consent. As a cvnd��ion to�he remo�a! of any lmprovem�n�s, L�nder may require Trustor to
<br /> make arrangemen�s sa�is�Factory 't� Lend�r to r�place su�h lmprvvemen�s with improvemenfis o� at I�as� equal

<br /> Lender"s Righ�#a Enter. Lender and Lender's agents and representati�es may enter upon the Real Property at ail
<br /> reasonable times to a��end tv Lender's interes�s and �o inspe�� the Rea� Proper�y �or �urpnses �f Trus�ar's
<br /> cvmpEiance with�he terms ar�d conditions of this Deed o�Trust.
<br /> CvmpI�ance with Governmental Requiremen�s. Trustor shall promptly cvmply w�th a!i laws, ordinances, and
<br /> regulativns, now ar hereafter in e'��ec�. n� all go�ernmental authorities app�icable to the use or occupancy o# �he
<br /> Praperty. Trustor may contes�in g�od�aith any such law, ardinance, or�egulation and withhoid cornpliance�uring
<br /> any proceeding, in�Iuding apprapriate app�als, so long as Trus�or has no�i�ied Lend�r in wri�ing prior to doing so
<br /> and sa lang as, in Lender's so�e op�nion, Lende�'s interests in the Prvperty are not�evpardized. L�nd�r may requ�re
<br /> Trustor tv past adequate security or a surety bond� reasonably satis�ac�ory to Lender.to prote�t Lender's inter�s�.
