<br />This Indenture, Made this 27th day of March, in the year of our Lord, 2017 between Mount Pleasant Cemetery Association, (a Cemetery
<br />Association), of Hall County, Nebraska, a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska, party of
<br />the first part, and Alba Hulme Henry of the State of Ohio, party of the second part: Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part, for and in
<br />consideration of the sum of Three Hundred Fifty and no /100 DOLLARS, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has sold and
<br />by these present does grant, convey and confirm unto the said parties of the second part, the following described premises, to -wit: Second
<br />Addition, Row 25 Plot 9 (between the graves of Thomas H and Randall Scott Hulme) in Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all appurtenances thereunto belonging: Subject, however, to all Articles, By -Laws, Rules and regulations of said Cemetery
<br />Association, as they now exist or may hereafter be changed, modified or enlarged, and the said grantor Cemetery Association for itself or its
<br />successors, does hereby covenant to and with the said parties of the second part and their heirs and assigns, that at the time of the execution and
<br />delivery of these presents it is lawfully seized of said premises; that it has good right and lawful authority to convey the same; that they are free
<br />from encumbrance and does hereby covenant to warrant and defend the said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. In
<br />witness whereof, the said grantor Cemetery Association has hereunto caused its corporate seal to be affixed and these presents to be signed by
<br />its President and Clerk the day and year first above written.
