( "MERS "), <br />(solely as nominee for Mortgageit, Inc. and its successors and <br />assigns, was named as Beneficiary. Said Deed of Trust was filed for <br />record on September 7, 2006 at Instrument #0200608003 in the office <br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of <br />Trust was assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. on July 9, 2012 by <br />assignment recorded on July 12, 2012 at Instrument #201205706 in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for which <br />the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature <br />of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt payments as <br />they became due, or (2) pay taxes. You are hereby notified that <br />because of such default the indebtedness secured by said trust deed <br />is accelerated. Trustor has one month from the date this Notice of <br />Default is given to cure said default. Trustor may make payment to <br />Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. of the amount needed to bring this obligation <br />current.
