<br /> Borra�ver sha�l prompt�y give Lender wri�ten notice of�a)any in��st�gation,claim,demand, �awsuit or other
<br /> action by any goUernmental or regulatory agency or private party invalving th�Prop�rty and any Hazardous
<br /> Substanc�or En�ironmental Law of which Borrower has actua�kno�vledge, �b�any E��ironmental
<br /> �ondition, including but not limited to,any spilling, �eaking,d�scharge,release ar�hreat of re�ease of any
<br /> Ha�ardaus Subs�ance,and�c}any candition caused by the pr�esence,us�Qr release�f a Hazardaus Substance
<br /> which ad�ersely affects the value of the Property'.If Barr�wer�earns,or is na�ified by any governmental or
