<br /> Exis#in� Indebtedness. The words "Existing Indehtedness" mean the �ndebtedness describ�d in the Existing Liens

<br /> Guaranty. The word "Guaranty" means the guaranty fr�m guarantar, endvrser, surety, ❑r accommoda�ion party ta

<br /> Hazardvus Substances. The words "Hazardvus Substances" mean materials that, because of their �uantity,
<br /> cflncentration or physi�a�, chemical or infectious charact�ristics, may caus� or pose a present �r potent�al hazard
<br /> to human health or the en�ir�nment when impraperly us�d, treated, stvred, dispos�d vf, generated, manufactured,
<br /> transparted or otherwise handled. The wvrds "Ha�ardous Suhstances" are used in their �ery broad�st sense and
<br /> in�lude without limitatian any and all ha�ardaus or toxic substan�es, materials �r waste as defined by �r listed
<br /> under the En�ironmental Laws. The term "Hazardous Substances" also includes, without limitation, petrvleum and
<br /> petro�eum by-prvducts or any fraction ther�of and asbestos.
<br /> �mpro�smen#s. The word "Impro�ements" means all existing and future imprn�ements, buildings, structures,
<br /> mobile homes affixed ❑n the Real Property, facilities, additi�ns, replacements and other canstruction on th� Real
<br /> Praperty.
<br /> Indebtedness. The word "Indebtedness" means af� principal, interest, and other a�nounts, costs and expens�s
<br /> payah�e under the Nate ❑r Related Dacuments, together with all renewals of, extensians of, madificativns of,
<br /> cansofidations vf and substitutions for the Note ar Related Docum�nts and any amoun�s expend�d or ad�anced �y
<br /> Lender to discharge Trustor's abligations or expenses incurred by Trustee or Lender to enforce Trusto�'s
<br /> ❑bligations under this D��d �f Trust, tagether with interest on such amaunts as pro�ided in this D�ed of Trust.
<br /> Specifi�ally, withvut limitation, Indebtedness includes the future ad�an�es set forth �n the Future Ad�ances

<br /> Persanal Property. The wo�ds "Personal Property" mean all �quipm�nt, fix�ures, and other arti�les of persanal
<br /> praperty naw or hereafter �wned by Trus�ar, and nvw or hereafter attached ❑r affiixed t❑ the Real Property;
<br /> together with all accessions, parts, and additions to, all replacements of, and all substitu�ians �or, any of su�h
<br /> proper�ty; and together with all pro�eeds �inc�uding withvut limitation ali insurance prviceeds and refunds ❑f
<br /> premiums� frvm any sale ar other disposition of the Property.
<br /> Property. The word "Property" means calleGti�ely the Real Praperty and the Personal Prap��ty.
<br /> Real Property. The words "Rea� Praperty" mean the reaf property, interests and rights, as further described in this
<br /> Deed �f Trust.
<br /> Related Documents. The words "Related Documen�s" mean a�i pr�missary notes, �redit agreemen�s, �oan
<br /> agreements, en�ironmenta! agreements, guaranties, security agr�ements, mvrtgages, deeds fl� trust, security
<br /> deeds, collateral martgag�s, and all other instruments, agreements and dacuments, whether now or hereafter
<br /> existing, exe�uted in cannect�on wi�h the Indebtedness.
<br /> R�nts. Th� word "Rents" means aii present and future rents, re��nues, incvme, issues, rayalties, prafits, and
<br /> other benefits deri�ed �rom the Prop�rty.
