<br /> Hazard�us Substances. The wards "Hazardous 5ubstances" mean materials that, because af their quantity,
<br /> cancentratian or physicai, chemical or infectious characteristi�s, may cause or pose a pr�sent or potential hazard
<br /> to human heafth or the en�ironment when improperly used, treat�d, stored, disposed ❑f, generated, manufa�tured.
<br /> transported ar atherwise handled. The w�rds "Ha�ardous 5ubstances" are used in their �ery broadest sense and
<br /> incfude withaut limitation any and ali hazardaus ar toxic substances, materials ❑r waste as defined by ❑r listed
<br /> under the Environmental Laws. The term "Haza�daus 5ubstances" also in�lud�s, without �imitatifln, pet��leum and
<br /> petroleum by-products or any fra�tion thereof and ashestos.
<br /> �mprovemen�s. The v►rard "Impro�ements" means all existing and future impro�ements, huildings, structur�s,
<br /> ma�ile hames affixed an the Real Property, facilities, additions, replacements and other construction on the F�eal
<br /> Property.
<br /> Indebtedness. The wvrd "lndebtedness" means all principal, in��rest, and ❑ther amounts, costs and expenses
<br /> payabfe under the Nate or Related Dacuments, tagether with all renewals �t, extensions of, modifi�ations afi,
<br /> cvnsolidations of and substitutions far the Nvte or Related Documents and any amounts expended or ad�anced by
<br /> Lender to discharge Trustor's ab��gatians ar expenses incurred by Trust�e or Lender to enforce Trustor's

<br /> prv�ision, together with all interest there�n and all amvun�s that may be indirectly secureri by the

<br /> Lender. The word "Lende�" means Fi�e P�infs Bank, its successors and assigns.

<br /> together with all ac�ess+ons, parts, and additions ta, a�l replacements vt, and all substitutions for, any ❑f su�h
<br /> property; and tagether with all proceeds �inc�uding wit��out limitation a!I insuranGe proceeds and re�unds af
<br /> premiums� f�om any sale or other disposition of the Property.
<br /> Property. The word "Property" means c�ll�cti�ely�he Rea1 Prap�rty and the Persnnai Property,
<br /> Real Prvperty. The words "Real Property" mean ti�e real property, interests and rights, as further described in this
<br /> Deed of Trust.
<br /> Rela#ed Do�uments. The words "Related �ocuments" mean ali pramissQry notes, credit agreements, laan
<br /> agreements, en�ir�nmental agreements, guaranties, security agreem�nts, martgages, deeds �f trust, security
<br /> d�eds, coiiateraf mortgages, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether naw vr hereafter
<br /> existing, executed in cortnection with the lndebtedness.
<br /> Rents. The ward "Rents" means a�l present and future rents, re�enues, income, issues, rayalties, pr�fits, and
<br /> athe� benefits cierived fram the Praperty.
