This ❑eed of Trust or any of the Reiated Documents ceases to he in full force and <br /> effec� 4including failure of any �vllateral document to create a �alid and p�r#ec��d security interest or lEen� at any <br /> time and fvr any reas�n. <br /> Death or �nsvl�ency. The death of Trustor, the �nsol�en�y ❑f Trustor, the appointment a# a recei�er tQr any part vf <br /> Trustor's prope�ty, any assignment for the benefit vf creditvrs, any �ype of creditor workout, ❑r the <br /> c�mmen�ement flf any praceeding under any i�ankruptcy or insol�ency laws by or against Trustor. <br /> Creditor or Forfeitur� Prviceedings. Commencement of f�reciasure ❑r tarfeiture pr�ceedings, whether by judi�ia! <br /> praceeding, seff-he�p, repossessian ar any�ther m�thod, hy any�reditvr of Trustvr or by any go�ernmental agency <br /> against any praperty se�uring the lndebtedness. This includes a garnishment ❑f any of Trustor's accvunts, <br /> including deposit a�caunts, with Lender. A material ad�erse change occurs in Trustar's financial c�nditi�n, �r Lender belie�es the <br /> prosp�ct of payment❑r perf�rmance of the Indebtedness is impaired. <br /> Insecurity. Lender in good faith be�ie�es i�s�lf inse�ure. <br /> Existing Indebtedness. The payment ❑f any installment of principal ❑r any interes# on the Existing Indebtedness is <br /> nvt made w�thin the time required by the promissvey note e�idencing such indebtedness, ar a default occurs under <br /> the instrument securing such inde�tedness and is not �ured during any appliCable grace period in such ir�strument, <br /> ❑r any suit ar oth�r action is commenced to foreclose any existing lien on the Property. <br /> Right to Curg.
