Gawrych <br />and Jeffrey Herber, wife and husband, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar <br />and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, <br />sell, convey and confirm unto Richard L. Boardman and Elna M.
