<br /> release or threa�ened release of any Hazardous Substanc� by any person on, under, about or fram �he Property;
<br /> �2y Trus�ar has no knowledge af, �r reasan to k�eiie�e that there has been, except as pre�iously disclosed ta and
<br /> acknawledged by Lender in writing, �a� any breach or �iolation af any En�ironmental Laws, �b} any use,
<br /> generation, manufac�ure, storage, treatment, disposal, release �r threatened release of any Hazardous Subsrance
