2� 17�2359 <br /> f. �ccupancy. Borrower shal� occupy, establish, and use the Property as Borrower's principal r�sidence <br /> within�� days after the execution af this Security Instrument and shall �ontinue ta occupy the Property as <br /> Borrower's principal residence for at least one year after the date vf occupancy, unless Lender o�herwise <br /> agrees in wri�ing, vvhich consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, or unless extenuat�ng circumstances <br /> exist vvhich are beyflnd Borrawer's contrvl. <br /> 'T.
